As a licensed residential general contractor and custom home builder, Denny Cruz established AGC Custom Build to deliver high-quality residential construction rooted in craftsmanship and accountability. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted, full-service residential builder known for attention to detail, transparency, and long-term client satisfaction.
A native Washingtonian with over 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Denny trained under respected professionals throughout the region. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in residential building, project management, and local permitting and municipal processes before founding AGC Custom Build in 2015.
Denny remains personally involved in every project and believes successful builds are the result of clear communication, realistic planning, and pride in the finished work.
He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, with his wife and children and proudly serves homeowners throughout the greater Washington, DC area.
